With almost 20 years of experience, I have served hundreds of adults with a variety of mental health issues. I also have a very personal understanding of grief and loss, including the way that grief can make us feel alone and disconnected from the rest of the world. I understand the difficulties that can keep us stuck and how to move through those feelings successfully.
